Terms and Conditions


We will keep all terms and conditions a simple and as short as possible. The Terms and Conditions contained here are for both the protection of the customer and the company. If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help as best we can.


When you purchase a product or products from our website we enter into a contract. This contract comes about with your purchase and the procedure for doing this is as follows:

  1. You add product/s to your basket.
  2. Go to checkout and complete all required information.
  3. Proceed to the payment gateway where you are redirected to a chosen payment provider to complete payment on their secure transaction sites.
  4. Once you click to pay using your credit card details or payment account and we receive the confirmation email with your order we are then in the contract.
  5. We will then process and dispatch your order provided it is in stock and that you have not canceled your order or that we have not accepted your order.
  6. You will then be sent a confirmation email of the dispatch with a tracking number.

Non-acceptance of an order:

An order may not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • The item ordered was not in stock
  • Authorization for a payment not received
  • An error in Pricing, Description, or Product
